This may be a non-issue for businesses, but I just had this thought as I sit at home watching baseball. I know cable and satellite providers offer business accounts, and while sports bars may not want to use streaming services to show sporting events simply due to reliability issues, I’m curious if there would be legal issues involved.

Whether this is true or not, I’m not sure, but I’ve heard pay-per-views (such as UFC or boxing) can cost bars in excess of $1,000, so I’m not sure if a business would be required to use a traditional form of media. For all I know, it may be listed in the ToS for Sling, PS Vue, etc that a business using them is a violation. Anyone have any insight?
